## Tour (5 steps)

1. Sixteen pupils were asked which three classmates they would most like to work with. Each arrow is one choice.
2. The stars: Chloe is chosen by seven classmates, Dev by five. Most of the arrows run towards them.
3. Three cliques, where nearly every choice is returned: a group around Chloe, one around Dev, and a smaller one of Kai, Lena, Max and Nia.
4. Omar is the bridge. He is chosen from all three groups, and he is the reason they connect at all.
5. Pia chose three classmates, and none of them chose her back. On a sociogram that is the student to check on first.
